You are a story-teller. You uncover them, chase them, write them and tell them. “Real stories” about people/events that impact our audiences on-air and online.
You're a team player, a self starter, and lead by example.
You're comfortable with a variety of media platforms and excel at producing content in audio, video, and written forms.

Position Description:
- Researching and writing news stories
- Creating content across all platforms with a local-first focus
- Voice tracking broadcasts, as required
- Represent the radio station at community events
- Post to our community news platform and social media
- Be an integral part of the community where you live, work, and play
Position Requirements:
- Full time work training/experience in a newsroom, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong on-air delivery
- Self starter
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment both individually and with a team
- A valid Alberta driver's license
- Working familiarity with Adobe Audition, Newsroom, and on-air software is a big-time plus.
